I have spent 30k on saxophones with Dean, and lot's of accessories. I never has a worry or concern. Dean often offered very good technical advise. I truly believe that any negative reviews or comments, must be from competition or from people that are conditioned from the 2 day shipping from Amazon.. Most of the horns Dean sells are made to order and are for the serious player. Pro Winds has earned my trust for any future purchases.
